Enshin Karate Welcome! Enshin Karate is a practical system of martial arts based on empty-handed self-defense. Our classes are designed to benefit adults and children at all levels. Enshin was founded by grandmaster and All-Japan Tournament winner Kancho Joko Ninomiya. The Enshin style uses a strategy of circular movement , called Sabaki, to transform an opponent's power against him or her.
